Why you need habitat restoration:

You're required to mitigate biological impacts
for your project
Permit conditions require it
You want to enhance the local environment
and improve water quality

Watershed Services:

Write detailed plans, including project goals, objectives, site preparation, etc.
Get permits (1603, 404, 401, etc.)
Act as an intermediary with active agencies
Order plants or have them contract grown
Supervise installation and maintenance of plantings
Perform annual monitoring and document progress toward success criteria
